I have to tell you how much appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.  Southern California is the most competitive lending market in the country, and I'm sure you know by now how aggressive agents have to be to make a living.  That said, I'm not comfortable when agents are aggressive toward me, so I'm not going to be aggressive with you.

 

That is why I like to be known as The Humble Lender!  I've seen arrogance and complacency destroy people in this business and make the lending process very difficult for their clients.   Staying humble and vigilant will make this an enjoyable and rewarding adventure!

 

I’m Jerry, a dedicated mortgage professional with over 30 years of experience helping families build generational wealth through real estate and precious metals. I first became a licensed real estate agent in 1996, and after years of working in the mortgage industry, I am incredibly fortunate to be returning to lending at a time when first-time homebuyers have one of the best opportunities in years.

Homeownership isn’t just about buying a house—it’s about building security, stability, and financial independence.

 

My mission is to understand you true motivations, help guide you to your goals.  I will simplify the mortgage process, provide clarity in financing options, and ensure you secure the best possible loan for their future.  The overall agenda is to help my clients make sound financial descisions today that will lead toward building generational wealth for the future of their family.

Growing up, I was surrounded by firehouse families—my father was one of the first firefighters hired in Seal Beach in the late ‘60s. Because of this, I have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by first responders, military personnel, and healthcare professionals. I am especially passionate about ensuring these heroes receive the care, respect, and financial guidance they deserve.

Properly calculating income for firefighters, police officers, nurses, and other essential workers requires special attention—overtime pay, shift differentials, and other unique income factors must be precisely accounted for to maximize their buying power. Millennial healthcare professionals, in particular, have a phenomenal opportunity in today’s market, and I’d be honored to help.
